Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking class teacher who has ambition to make a difference to children’s education. This post is suited to experienced professionals (Early Career Teachers should not apply)


The successful Teacher will:


• Teach pupils, and ensure that planning, preparation, recording, assessment, and reporting meet pupils learning and social needs.

• Maintain the positive ethos and core values of the school.

• Contribute to constructive team building amongst teaching and support staff.

• Ensure that the current national conditions of employment for schoolteachers are met.

• Continually reflect on and evaluate practice.


The postholder will be required to exercise his/her professional skills and judgement to carry out, in a collaborative manner, professional duties as set out in the Job Description.


The successful candidate will have:


• Full Qualified Teacher Status

• Ambition to perform to the highest standards and have excellent practitioner skills

• A passion and experience for learning

• Experience working across the primary phase

• A good sense of humour

• Enthusiasm

• Up to date Safeguarding Training
