The Friends of Bilston Primary School (The FOBS) are a small group of parents and staff who hold fundraising events throughout the year to raise money for the children in our school. The FOBS have their own bank account and our funds are kept separate from school funds. We decide how to spend the money we raise, but usually it is spent on little extra treats for the children including a gift at Easter & Christmas and also the Christmas parties are funded by FOBS. We hold 2 fun days each year, one in the summer and one at Christmas, we have changed the way we do this in recent years and it works well, these days are enjoyed by children and staff alike. There are two discos a year, Valentines and a Spooky one usually in October. We always support the MacMillan Cancer Support Charity with a cake sale each year too.
